Refunds

  • if you receive a product with defects, you have 30 days to report it by the form contact us, to negotiate an agreement (refund or replacement by a similar product)

  • I didn’t receive an order confirmation email?
  • Every order is automatically sent a confirmation email. Please check your spam or junk folder.
  • If still missing, just contact us and we'll send you a brand new email confirmation.
  • you can track the routing of your order at any time on track order

How long does it take to ship a product?

  • On average shipping usually, takes about 24/48  hours ( however this will depend on how much demand there is for the product)
  • Estimated times for deliveries range from 1 and 3 weeks

How long does it take to process a product?

  • This varies from product to product.
  • The majority of our product will take 48 hours to process and a select few will take up to a week.
